Kenneth Grace (Ken) works and resides in Tampa Bay, Florida.  Ken has over 17 years of experience as an attorney and is a partner at Lash Wilcox & Grace PL where he represents clients who are in need of a consumer protection attorney, an estates and trusts attorney, or a securities attorney.  Ken has found his niche in helping families achieve peace of mind.

Ken graduated magna cum laude from McKendree College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing, Wilmington College with a Master’s of Science in Management, and cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a Juris Doctor.  During law school, Ken was a proud member and champion of the nationally recognized Trial Team, where he developed award-winning litigation skills.  Those skills were honed during his career when he worked as an extern in the State Attorney’s Office, an intern in the Public Defender’s Office, and for private law firms after graduation.  Ken has handled hundreds of cases in front of numerous Florida State Courts, various Federal Courts, and the Eleventh District Court of Appeals.

Ken is an experienced attorney, an Air Force veteran, married, and a father to two children – a son and a daughter – both of whom he and his wife homeschool.  Ken is an avid believer in the family unit and has learned that there is more to life than the billable hour and a cold impersonal transactional relationship that most lawyers are content to provide.  Ken is a trusted counselor-one that listens to his clients and uses his knowledge of the law to educate and empower clients.  And because of his own personal background and experience, he brings a unique empathy and personal understanding to his relationship with each client.
